About Cahal
Cahal O'Reilly is a management consultant with a track record in sport, the Army and business — leading and managing change to deliver successful outcomes that improve operational efficiency and maximise human potential. He made a full recovery from a catastrophic accident, surviving being hit by a car at 70mph while cycling from London to Dublin. It took four years and multiple operations, but recover he did. His story became part of the MIB National campaign to reduce uninsured drivers on British roads, and he was invited to address MIB employees to tell the story of his remarkable recovery. Cahal believes strongly in integrity, creativity and courage.
